To request deletion of your Lakhina Couture account or personal information, including information associated with Facebook or Google sign-in, email hello@lakhinacouture.com with the subject Account / Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address or phone number associated with your Lakhina Couture account, and tell us whether you want to remove a social-login connection or delete your entire account and associated personal information. You do not need to be signed in to request deletion. Do not send passwords, login codes, payment card details, or identity documents in your initial request.
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize information that is eligible for deletion and arrange removal from relevant service providers. This may include your account profile, social-login identifiers and links, saved preferences, notification registration, and associated virtual try-on uploads and history, where held and applicable to your request.
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will inform you if additional time is required or information must be retained. Records needed for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or outstanding orders may be retained for the required period, with access restricted to those purposes. We will explain applicable exceptions in our response and confirm the outcome of your request.
You can also remove Lakhina Couture from the Apps and Websites section of your Facebook settings to revoke Facebook access. Removing the Facebook connection or uninstalling the Android app does not, by itself, delete information already held by Lakhina Couture. Use the email process above to request deletion. We cannot delete your Facebook or Google account.
