We stand behind the quality of every garment. If you receive a piece with any manufacturing defect — such as cuts, marks, or holes in the fabric — we will promptly issue a full refund. Simply contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
📐 Perfect Fit Commitment
We guarantee a proper fit for every dress. If your garment requires a fitting adjustment, we will arrange alterations within a 5-inch margin of your provided size. To ensure this, please share accurate measurements at the time of ordering.

- We follow a strict no-exchange policy. Exchanges or returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects are not accepted.
- Returns are only accepted in the case of a verified manufacturing defect (cuts, marks, holes).
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for size preferences, colour perception differences, or change of mind.
- Custom size orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
